Recognizing the need for small businesses in the commercial construction arena, Wenrich PD Construction was established in 2015 by Wendy Sullivan, who wanted to see a change in her industry. Now, by way of a niche and underserved specialty, the company is ready to take the highway heavy construction industry by storm. Their efforts toward creating stable jobs in the marketplace and making this a more equitable industry (all while delivering quality work) are closely aligned with the values and mission that NDC champions passionately.  

Sullivan and her team came to (NDC) to identify available lending options for their business. NDC’s lending team helped the company access loan capital through the BLOC Program. Wenrich’s vision for change shares NDC’s principles and makes them an ideal partner.
