Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) congratulates our President and CEO Renay Dossman on her Twin Cities Business (TCB) Community Impact Award for Nonprofit Leadership Excellence!
Renay’s leadership reflects the belief that lasting change begins within the community. As a former entrepreneur herself, Renay stepped into her role ready to support small business owners across Minnesota. “What keeps me going is that this is a country that was built on people’s tenacity and their ability to see a bigger future,” said Renay in her TCB Magazine feature.
Under her guidance, we continue to expand opportunities for our underestimated entrepreneurs to empower them in building wealth, stability, and pride in their communities.
Beyond her role at NDC, Renay is a champion for collaboration and partnership, sitting on a few different local boards, tending to clients as a certified Life Coach, and working with local lawmakers to make a difference for entrepreneurs.
