NDC Welcomes Andriana Abariotes

Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) is proud to welcome Andriana Abariotes as our new Senior VP of Advancement and Capital Strategy.

Andriana is an executive leader in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors with over 25 years of experience advancing public-private partnerships, supporting capital investment strategies, and guiding organizational growth and innovation.

Most recently, Andriana served as Senior Vice President of Development and External Affairs at Project for Pride in Living (PPL), where she led strategic initiatives to strengthen community investment and impact. She also previously served as Senior Advisor and Co-Director of the Interdisciplinary Research Leaders program, a Change Leadership Initiative supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

At the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Andriana advanced people- and place-based strategies to promote neighborhood revitalization, leading over $250 million in investments across the Twin Cities. Her career reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities through collaboration, equity, and sustainable growth.

Andriana currently serves on the board of Springboard for the Arts and holds degrees from Macalester College and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She was named a Top Woman in Finance (2012) and a Bush Foundation Fellow (2014).
