Highlighting MomoDosa, A Twin Cities Staple

MomoDosa is a beloved Twin Cities staple, offering a delicious fusion of Nepalese and Indian street foods. Located at the heart of Midtown Global Market, they’ve been serving up a unique blend of momos (steamed dumplings) and dosas (gluten-free crepes) that have quickly become a local favorite. Known for their diverse and flavorful menu, MomoDosa offers everything from Bison Momos made with humanely harvested South Dakota bison to the iconic Masala Dosa, a traditional South Indian dish filled with spiced potatoes. They’ve become a go-to destination for fans of authentic and inventive Indian cuisine.

In addition to their signature momos and dosas, MomoDosa is dedicated to providing a range of vegan and vegetarian-friendly options, including the Veggie Momo and a variety of chutneys and accompaniments that bring a fresh twist to traditional flavors.

Over the years, MomoDosa’s menu has grown to feature an eclectic selection of rich, flavorful curries alongside traditional tandoor-baked breads; most notably, our freshly made naan.

As a proud tenant of Midtown Global Market, MomoDosa is a key part of the Market’s diverse and vibrant community, where they not only serve amazing food but also contribute to the rich cultural fabric of the neighborhood.

For founder Rashmi Bhattachan, MomoDosa represents much more than a restaurant. “As an immigrant entrepreneur, I dreamed of creating a space where people could gather, connect, and experience hospitality through food,” they say. “Through MomoDosa, I’ve been able to share the rich culinary traditions of Nepal and neighboring India while supporting local farmers, employees, artists, and community initiatives. I’ve learned that success is measured not only by profits, but by the relationships you build, the opportunities you create for others, and the sense of belonging you bring to a community.”

Through their continued expansion, MomoDosa is making its mark across the state, offering Twin Cities flavors to a broader audience and bringing Indian street food to new communities, one delicious dish at a time. Learn more: https://www.momodosa.com/
