Plan It! Entrepreneur Training Class
Class Offered Spring & Fall
Whether you’re just getting started, have recently started operations or are a current business owner seeking additional training, Plan It! is a great opportunity to build and expand your knowledge. Offered in the Spring and Fall, our 12-session format includes classroom instruction, one-on-one sessions and graduation. NDC works with community based organizations to provide training at various locations throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
Throughout the program, we’ll cover topics including accounting, finance, the credit review process, marketing, operations, management and more. In addition to these topics, we’ll identify and develop skills like budgeting, cash management and professional etiquette, and we’ll help you research, write and confidently articulate a sound business plan.
Section 3 Contractor Training Program
Class Starts Spring 2018
Since work in the trades offers its own unique challenges, we have a course specifically designed for contractors. Our Plan It! Section 3 Contractor Training Program helps those in the construction trades learn about starting or expanding a business.
Learn how Section 3 certification can help your business and how to apply for certification. Beyond that, you’ll also explore cost structures, how to market your business, secure more work and position your business for greater success.
