Intern Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Intern to support our Technology & Data Analytics Manager in managing a high volume of IT and technology-related projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual looking to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, data management, and technology infrastructure. The intern will play a critical role in optimizing NDC’s technology operations to improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Support: Assist with data cleanup, testing, and process improvements to enhance system functionality.
  • Website & Digital Platform Updates: Support website updates, including form integrations and platform transitions.
  • AV/IT Infrastructure & Device Management: Help set up and maintain AV/IT devices, workstations, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Cybersecurity & Data Management: Assist with cybersecurity efforts, data organization, and SharePoint restructuring.

Qualifications

  • Interest in AV/IT, data management, and technology operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or website management is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Programming experience (particularly with scripting languages) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with both macOS and Windows systems is a plus, but not required.
