This 3-day workshop will guide entrepreneurs through managing and operating a construction business while helping shape their business plan. The topics are built on each other and include the following:
- Legal aspects of a construction company
- Strategic planning with GOST
- Team, Leadership, and Human Resources
- Accounting and Funding
- Marketing and Branding
With this workshop series, you will receive up to ten hours of one-on-one technical assistance with presenter R. Lynn Pingol after the workshop series concludes.
Cost: $100 (Payment is waived for individuals that graduated from the Plan It! Entrepreneur Training Class)
Note: This workshop series is in-person. The Zoom registration allows you to add these workshop dates to your email calendar as a reminder. You must submit payment before the workshop series starts. Payment instructions will be sent to you via email. Lastly, lunch will be provided each day.
