Small Business Loans

For existing businesses, loans from $50,000 - $250,000 for working capital, inventory, equipment or real estate. NDC has 7a/SBA Guaranteed Loans.

Microloans

For startups and existing small businesses, loans up to $50,000.

Contractor Financing

Loans to cover costs of performing on a specific contract.

Sharia Acceptable Financing

Buy and sell agreements for vehicles, equipment and other hard costs.

Sonora Grill

Sonora Grill is a fantastic local Spanish and South American Restaurant located along the Lake Street Corridor in Minneapolis. Thanks to NDC Business Incubator Midtown Global Market, Sonora Grill leveraged a variety of NDC Business Services and secured a Business Expansion Loan to open a second location and create nearly 50 new jobs. Their following continues to grow, bringing vitality and jobs to the community.

S.O.S. Building Services

S.O.S. Building Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company based in North Minneapolis. SOS Owner, Frank Dogbe has a passion for business and sees it as an opportunity not just to turn a profit, but to create jobs and improve the lives of his employees. With a loan from NDC Business Lending, Frank has been able to purchase new equipment, create over 20 jobs and improve his branding and marketing with the help of NDC Business Lab.

The U7 Project

The U7 COllaborative, led by NDC to help businesses along the University Avenue Light Rail Corridor survive four years of construction, was wrapped with great success. More than 400 small businesses took U7’s offer of free business assistance, graphic design, marketing, facade improvement, and/or City of St. Paul forgivable loans; 99% of the businesses served made it successfully through construction and are better prepared to take advantage of new opportunities.

The Clearance Rack

The Clearance Rack is a thriving discount retail clothing company that got it’s start on the East Side of Saint Paul. With a passion for community and for each other, this husband and wife duo, along with the help of an NDC Business Expansion Loan, have created more than 20 jobs, opened multiple locations and continue to serve as a beacon for aspiring neighborhood entrepreneurs and small businesses.
