NDC small business loans
NDC's small business loans provide access to credit for start-up businesses and others unable to access traditional sources of capital. You may be eligible if you:
- are a graduate of NDC’s training classes
- have a new or existing business in an NDC property
- are starting a new business and have attended an NDC-approved business training program and have a completed business plan with cash-flow projections
- own an existing business (over one year in operation) located in an NDC focus community
- own an existing business (over one year in operation) located in Minneapolis or St. Paul outside of the NDC communities, but that has potential to impact its community
NDC provides both traditional and profit-based (Islamic) financing for equipment, furniture, fixtures, supplies, inventory, leasehold improvements, and working capital. Loan amounts vary with most terms up to five years.
