The four NDC neighborhoods.
NDC focuses 80-percent of its resources in four main areas - north and south Minneapolis and the University Avenue and East Side neighborhoods of St. Paul.
If you live in one of these areas, you may be eligible to participate in NDC training:
Minneapolis: Camden, Cedar-Riverside, Cleveland, Folwell, Harrison, Hawthorne, Jordan, Lind-Bohanon, McKinley, Near North, Phillips, Seward, Shingle Creek, Sumner-Glenwood, Ventura Village, Victory, Whittier, Willard-Hay.
St. Paul: Dayton's Bluff, District del Sol, Frogtown, Hamline-Midway, North End, Payne-Phalen, Summit-University.
