While everyone loves a good cake, they're not as popular as they once were and now people are looking for alternatives, like cheesecake. On KARE 11 Sunrise, we went behind the scenes at Muddy Paws Cheesecake in St. Louis Park.
It was one of the first cheesecake bakeries in Minneapolis when Tami Cabrera opened it in 1994. She's created 222 flavors and pumps out anywhere from 300 to 600 cheesecakes a week.
Cabrera stays busy during wedding season and is now gearing up for the corporate/holiday gift season.
She says her cheesecakes are unique because they're made from scratch using fresh ingredients.
