Neighborhood Development Center understands that the most important component of an entrepreneur's education begins after they are open for business. The goal of the NDC Small Business Consulting program is to ensure that emerging entrepreneurs receive the support they need to grow, develop and continue to serve as assets to their communities. In a typical year, NDC provides approximately 3,000 hours of technical assistance to more than 200 businesses.
