• Tools & Resources for Entrepreneurs
|
NDC collaborates with neighborhood-based and ethnic-based organizations to offer small business services. In each community, our Partner is an established presence, familiar with the needs and potential of area residents. The Community Partner plays a central role in assessing the needs of our target populations and conducting outreach. NDC provides the resources needed for the program, while our Partner hosts and markets the training classes to members of their community. This model helps to emphasize the importance of a community-based program, conveying the message that economic development of individuals leads to economic development within the immediate community. Without the energy and hard work of the partner organizations listed below, it would be impossible for NDC to reach the entrepreneurial assets of so many communities in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. They are one of the most important ingredients for our success. NDC's Community Partners are: African Development Center
